Desktops
Desktop computers are the foundation to most home and small business networks. They generally offer larger work areas and faster processing speeds than portable or hand held devices… but they do require some regular maintenance to run at peek efficiency without interference from viruses, adware, and other types of malware. You should make it a practice to have an annual checkup for each of your desktop computers. Make sure you have a professional scan your computer for viruses, and run stress testing on all components of hardware, especially your hard drive, ram, and video processor.
Laptops
Ever since May of 2005 laptops sales have exceeded world wide desktop sales. Laptops are portable and in general have all of the capabilities that desktop possesses. We carry a wide variety of laptops including both new, used and factory refurbished laptops. We also buy from our customers and accept used laptops for trade in if they are able to pass a computer diagnostic check and are in good condition and 2-3 years old or less.
Tablets
Tablet computers have become very popular in the last 2-3 years due to their light weight and much lower costs but the current tablet computers on the market today also have a much reduced capability when compared to state of the art notebooks or desktops. They are also not easily repaired and when they become damaged they must be replaced and are not generally repairable. At Computer Revival we do carry some of the more advanced tablets such as the Microsoft Surface Pro and Lenovo Yoga.
Parts
We stock parts for the repair and the upgrade of your desktop PC, laptop, or tablet PC’s. Although we carry many basic replacement parts it is impossible to have every variety of each category of parts, so we also offer a special order parts service, for our customers. If you need an odd or unique replacement or upgrade part we will help you source the correct part make and model for your computing needs. Once the part has come in we will give you a call and offer to install your replacement part. We also offer onsite service for parts delivery and installation in case you need technical expertise to install your upgrade into your computer.
Cables
Computer cables come in as sorts of sizes, shapes, technical capacities, and lengths so it can be a bit overwhelming to try to locate the exact cable replacement or cable upgrade you need. At Computer Revival we carry all sorts of computer cables and can special order any other items you may need.
Printers
Computer printers come in all kinds of configurations, from a simple black ink only inkjet printer, to large multi function, print, copy, scan, fax, all in one color printers. At Computer Revival we can help you determine the correct printer to match your needs and, get your printer installed in your home or small business network, so that you can print to your wired or wireless printer from any where in your home or place of business. We can also recycle your old printer with a local printer dealer at no charge to you.
